EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
For the protection and piece of mind of all goddesses, swimwear bottoms, skirts (with pants), and one pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances (excluding genuine manufacturers faults). We want nothing more than for you to look and feel amazing so please contact us if you would like help choosing a size or style, being a small family run boutique we know our products very well! We do also encourage you to check the sizing guide specific to the swimwear brand you are selecting, as most of the swim brands do provide detailed guides with measurements. We are happy to exchange swim tops, tankinis, or swim skirts (without pants) subject to the below terms.
TERMS FOR EXCHANGES / CREDITS – we can exchange or issue a full credit (including postage cost) of eligible swimwear (or any other item) within 10 days of purchase/delivery if the following conditions are met;
– All tags are still attached
– The item has not been worn or washed and is in perfect resalable condition
REFUND OPTION (ONLINE GODDESSES ONLY) – as online customers do not have the opportunity to try on, if the fit is not right on your online selection, and an exchange or credit is not an option, we are happy to offer a refund of the full amount, less a $10 flat rate postage fee.
EXCHANGES VIA POST – Please note the customer is always responsible for the cost of return postage.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will send your new selection at no extra postage charge.
We can only offer one no-charge exchange per invoice.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Please be aware, all discounted / sale items are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges (excluding genuine manufacturers faults).

Your order will usually be dispatched within 2 working days. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock it may take a little longer, in which case you will be notified. Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas, 4-10 working days for rural areas and a few extra days to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We do not currently have an online option for overseas shipping, however we are happy to process special orders and calculate postage in house. Please email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org
Although we do our best to ensure the consistent quality of your product, occasionally it is necessary to return a product due to a manufacturers fault. Customers have 30 days from the day the product was delivered to claim a manufacturing fault.

Claims can’t be made for damaged caused by the customer, rough treatment, or incorrect storage.
Goods with diamantes, flowers and other decoration require extra care by the customer as they may
become dislodged if kicked or rubbed against another surface.
Please be aware size and fit can vary between styles.
We can’t guarantee every style will fit every customer even if it is their usual size and brand.
Incorrect size/fit is not a manufactures fault.
